The Greens are falling from the wave!

The ASSE U19s offered themselves an attractive victory last weekend against (6-1) and now want to continue. Encouraging results which required confirmation today against Monaco. Summary of the match played this Saturday at 1 p.m.

Summary of the meeting

Despite intentions to do well, ASSE will be led by a great offensive from the Monegasques! It was at the half-hour mark that the visitors opened the scoring. This will be the score at the break between the two teams. Best defense in the group so far, the U19s concede their 3rd goal in 5 matches. A goal which will unfortunately prove to be sufficient. Despite a desire to come back and defeat an attractive AS Monaco team, Frédéric Dugand’s players will remain silent in this meeting.

The visitors therefore won 1-0, by the smallest of margins and got back in front of their opponent of the day. Monaco records its second victory in 6 matches, frustrating when we know the prospects that an ASSE victory could offer in this meeting. Indeed, the U19s could have gotten closer to the top three while having a match in hand against Olympique de .

Next week, the Greens will travel to Corsica to face Gazelec Ajaccio. Having had a solid start to the season with 10 points in five games, the Corsicans will be waiting firmly for AS Saint-Etienne. It’s up to Frédéric Dugand’s players to be up to the task of raising hopes in this national U19 championship.
