A loaned player sees red, another wins a cup!

On this Friday evening, three of our players on loan in N1 and L2 had a meeting with their team for the 2024-2025 season. Indeed, ASSE monitors the performances of its young players. A look back at the different performances of Karim Cisse, Beres Owusu, Mahmoud Bentayg and Darling Bladi!

Owusu sees red against

Quevilly- Métropole and Beres Owusu faced Lucas Calodat’s Le Mans in Nathan Dekoke. Both players were trained at Etrat. After the opening score at Le Mans through Gueye, the two teams will return to the locker rooms with a score of 1-0 in favor of the visitors. The second half is lively. Indeed, on a ball on the left, the Le Mans striker tries to dribble past Beres Owusu who loses the duel following a favorable counterattack. He clings to the attacker and brings him down, penalty and yellow card for the player trained at ASSE. The QRM goalkeeper rejects the penalty.

Unfortunately, in the process, after an excellent intervention from Owusu, Le Mans will double the bet and get closer to victory. QRM equalized 10 minutes from time and tried everything. On a loss of the ball in the midfield, the Le Mans accelerate and Owusu wants to intervene but is late. Second yellow card, synonymous with red card. He was sent off a few seconds before the end of the match. QRM will lose 2-1. A very bad evening!
