PSG, players overwhelmed by Luis Enrique’s instructions?

Luis Enrique’s strict instructions clearly do not please the PSG locker room.

However, Luis Enrique is not the only one who was frustrated by this match. This is also the case for his players who even have grievances against the former coach of the Spanish Roja. Indeed, L’Equipe reveals in its edition of the day that some PSG attackers would be frustrated by Luis Enrique’s strict instructions.

The Asturian technician would have formally forbidden the search for depth in order to maintain his principles of possession and control of the game. Which would sometimes even give rise to scathing internal debriefings. The newspaper notably highlights a sequence where Luis Enrique had raised the tone by nevertheless analyzing a goal action, obtained in the transition phase. A phase that the PSG coach absolutely wants to remove from his game. Enough to annoy his players.
