OM have reportedly submitted a first proposal to AS Roma to recruit Nicola Zalewski this winter.
Since the beginning of January, the name of Nicola Zalewski has come up repeatedly in the Olympique de Marseille transfer window. The left piston of AS Roma, who reaches the end of his contract next June with the Louve club, would be targeted by the Marseille club during this winter transfer window. And OM would have taken action to buy out the last six months of the Pole’s contract.
OM made an offer for Zalewski, Roma delays
Indeed, according to the latest information from La Tribune Olympienne in this matter, Marseille leaders have already made an offer to their Roman counterparts to secure the services of Nicola Zalewski. The OM follower, however, did not want to reveal the amount of the Olympian proposal. But it would be twice less than what the Giallorossi are demanding.
“At the moment Roma want to gain time and want to get as much out of it as possible. So Roma want to wait for other offers to arrive for this player. Everyone knows that he is available and that he will not extend his contract at Roma. Roma is in no hurry at the moment. On the other hand, OM want to do this as quickly as possible and do not want to go up to the amount requested by Roma. I can’t give you the amounts. But contrary, it is simple to double today. There is still a significant delta between what Olympique de Marseille offers and what Roma wants,” explained the OM insider on YouTube.
