Lens: Dance to Fenerbahce, it’s over!

Negotiations between RC and Turkish club Fenerbahce have failed regarding the transfer of Kevin Danso.

In recent hours, Lens has moved closer to an agreement with Manchester City for the transfer of Abdukodir Khusanov. A colossal operation which could bring in nearly 50 million euros for the Sang et Or. Kevin Danso is also a candidate to leave this winter and for several days, Lens has been negotiating the transfer of his Austrian international with the Turkish club Fenerbahce. But according to information from Foot Mercato, the negotiations ended in failure between Lens and Fenerbahce.

Indeed, the Turkish club offered 16 million euros to secure the services of Roc Lens, an offer rejected by RC Lens. After losing Brice Samba and Abdukodir Khusanov, Will Still asked to keep Kevin Danso and he could win his case with the leaders. One thing is certain in any case, Fenerbahce will not come back with an improved offer, the Turkish club having warned RC Lens that it was not going beyond 16 million euros. A nice transfer therefore passes under the nose of Racing, which nevertheless seems to retain a little ambition and which plans to keep Kevin Danso for this second part of the season in Ligue 1.
