After noting the departure of Yann Danielou, Olympique de Marseille announced this Monday the arrival of Lassad “Titou” Hasni as director of the training center.
The OM organization chart continues to evolve. This Monday, a few hours after announcing the departure “by mutual agreement” of Yann Danielou, the Marseille club formalized the identity of its new director of the training center. As expected, it is Lassad “Titou” Hasni who inherits the position.
A well-known face of regional Football, the former coach of Gémenos (Bouches-du-Rhône) has already been with OM since he was U17 coach then reserve coach between 2019 and 2022. This experienced trainer occupied the position of director of pre-training at OGC Nice a few weeks ago.
Marco Otero also on the start
“Both a man in the field and a fine teacher, Lassad 'Titou' Hasni has led a dual career as an educator and professor of history and geography during his professional career,” underlines OM in its press release. “Also a BMF and BEF trainer at the Mediterranean Football League, Lassad Hasni has many assets to contribute to the technical and human development of players passing through the Olympian Training Center, a strategic issue within the framework of the club's sporting project.”
Marco Otero, technical director in charge of the training center, is also in the process of leaving. The Spaniard, who arrived at the club in 2022, feels isolated and without real weight. His departure is also the consequence of turmoil which affected the Marseille formation at the start of the season.
