This winter during the transfer market, quite a few clubs will be active in strengthening themselves. It is said that PSG is looking for a new offensive element and the latter could well be found in the Premier League.
PSG is clearly rebuilding under the orders of Luis Enrique. The Spaniard has created a new project and needs time before he can get the best out of his team. He nevertheless knows that readjustments will have to be made soon, otherwise he will experience great disillusionment. Many fans and observers of Paris Saint-Germain would particularly like the French champions to take action this winter to recruit a new offensive element, capable of providing competition to the players already in place but also of being able to score goals decisive during major meetings. Luis Campos and Luis Enrique have no shortage of ideas. And one of them is in the Premier League at Brighton.
PSG loves Joao Pedro
According to information from TBR FootballPSG is indeed one of the clubs more than interested in the profile of Joao Pedro. The latter is working wonders in Brighton and Paris thinks that the Brazilian international could be the rare gem. Problem is, competition is tough in this area. Liverpool, Chelsea, Newcastle and Bayern Munich are also in the running to secure the services of Joao Pedro. Note that Brighton will not sell off the 23-year-old striker, aware of the interested clubs, especially since Pedro is still under contract until 2028. To let go of Joao Pedro, the Seagulls want nearly 120 million euros. An extremely high price which will cool a lot of clubs. PSG doesn't seem to want to spend crazy amounts of money on players since the arrival of Luis Enrique. But Paris could well end up making an exception given the complicated situation on the offensive level since the departure of Kylian Mbappé.
