Time to turn the page for good?
Very smart is the one who can guess where Paris Saint-Germain will evolve in five years. The soap opera around the stadium is far from over, hypotheses are rife, but a path is being closed: that of seeing PSG stay at the Parc des Princes. According to The Parisianthe leaders of the club in the capital made up their minds: they who first wanted to stay at the Park and become owners understood that this would not succeed, despite the future withdrawal of the Paris town hall from 'Anne Hidalgo, until now the main barrier to a sale of the Park to PSG.
A big expected stadium, but not only
To go where, then? Always according to The ParisianValérie Pécresse put her nose in the matter – she who has closer relations with the president of PSG than Hidalgo – and asked her teams to do a list of potential locations that could interest the current leader of the French championship. With two conditions put on the table: the enclosure must not be too far from the Campus, recently inaugurated in Poissy (Yvelines), and it must be easily accessible by transport. The idea of a “PSG land” still seems plausible, and Paris would be ready to put a billion euros on the table to have a stadium ranging from 50,000 to 90,000 seatsbut also various services around (a large store, a hotel, a sports club, a polyclinic, etc.).
Suffice to say that it will not be in the hypercenter of Paris.
Nantes supporters are finally authorized to come to the Park… but have no parking available
