Skriniar, new strong announcement on transfer to Juventus

Arriving in the 2023 summer transfer window from Inter Milan, Milan Skriniar, 29-year-old defender, has not yet fully established himself at Saint-Germain. His contract ends in June 2028 and his name has been mentioned in rumors. This Saturday, journalist Alfredo Pedulla and The Gazzetta dello Sport make strong announcements on the potential transfer to Juventus Turin.

Recently, several media including Foot Market have mentioned a transfer which is progressing towards Juventus with even a verbal agreement found between the club and Skriniar. But the Italian echoes are very different today.

The Slovak would not be very interested in the loan announced so far and would also be considered too expensive, particularly in terms of salary, by the Italian club. Which would have a preference for David Hancko (Feyenoord) and Antonio Silva (Benfica). Also cited in recent months in the sights of PSG.

There is still nothing certain, obviously since these are still rumors. So we remain cautious. But Skriniar's departure this winter is clearly far from certain, especially for signing for Juventus.
