Leo Ostigard (Stade Rennais Defender) : “The situation is difficult at the moment. Nobody is happy with the situation we are in in Ligue 1. Everyone in Rennes wants to do better. We want to improve things and our place in the rankings. We have a new coach who has a lot of energy. I feel like we need the coach's energy. The only thing we can do is get better and work harder. I hope the situation will be reversed.
We need to improve both defensively and offensively. It is the whole team that must do better. I feel like we don't have a good structure. We need to know exactly what we are going to do. We need to know how we are going to defend and attack. When we lose the balls, we are too open. We must work to have a better organization in every way. We are trying to change the situation.“
Rennes under pressure
Leo Ostigard (Stade Rennais Defender) : “There have been a lot of changes in the team. It's important to have a team that changes certain players. But there have been a lot of changes. People play with different players every day. It's not that easy to do that. […] All the players tried to do things well. I understand that the supporters are not happy. But right now we need to focus on ourselves. The supporters must support us, we need it. In football, everything happens very quickly. The season is not over. You always have periods where you are not at your best. But everyone knows that we are not happy with this start to the season.”
