“Girondins Socios is not here to entertain the gallery”
François Ciliento on TV7: “There is no discussion with Gérard Lopez. Legally speaking, if there were to be any discussion, it would be with the receiver due to the receivership. It is not Gérard Lopez's desire to deal with socios. On the other hand, we are in close contact with investors, including Bruno Fieveet. The interest of Girondins Socios is not there to amuse the gallery.
We contacted Didier Poulmaire, a colleague and trust specialist in France. Because, within the framework of a trust, we could enter into the capital of the club. A trust allows all interested parties: private investors, public authorities, and socios, for example, to come together in a single entity, they put money placed in the trust accounts as part of a buyout of the club . We put Didier Poulmaire in touch with Bruno Fievet, which worked well thanks to our contact. They are also two intelligent people. This is progressing, and we could concretely have the possibility of making a proposal to the current owner.”
