During the summer of 2022, the PSG decided to put an end to the bling-bling and the accumulation of stars. The capital club has decided to turn to youth to set up a project for the future. THE Red-and-Blue then missioned Luis Campos as a football advisor to achieve this. And the Portuguese, passed through LOSC and theAS Monaco in Ligue 1immediately got to work.
PSG has changed its recruitment method
Several crack players have landed at PSG over the last three years. In 2023, the resident of the Ligue 1 notably went to look for Dear Ndourwho was free after his departure from Benfica. But so far the 20-year-old midfielder has failed to find a place in the capital. It was notably loaned to Braga last winter, before being sent to Besiktas this summer.
Dear Ndour was not Luis Campos' idea
The idea of recruiting Dear Ndour did not, however, come from Luis Campos au PSG. « Dear Ndour? It's not Luis Campos who does it, it's Antero Henrique who brought him back » revealed Romain Molina on his channel YouTube. It now remains to be seen whether the Italian Under-21 international will end up winning the PSG in the future. Luis Campos will however be able to clear customs if this is not the case.
