“The coach has his plan”, Aïssa Mandi places all her trust in Bruno Genesio for LOSC – Stade Rennais

LOSC is preparing to face Stade Rennais. A meeting for which Aïssa Mandi blindly trusts her coach, Bruno Genesio.

A special match awaits the Dogues, who will meet Stade Rennais this Sunday in an event match, one which celebrates the 80th anniversary of LOSC. The party? Aïssa Mandi does not intend to pay attention to it: “In all honesty, we are in our bubble. We worked well all week with the players returning from selection. We remain focused on our objective which is the match on Sunday. The festivities are an important moment for the club, that's for sure. It's still 80 years, there will be a lot of things. But it’s not something that “concerns” us. We have a match to play and we must not think about anything else”insists the experienced defender.

The party? Aïssa Mandi still hopes to be able to benefit from it:
“If the match goes well, we will have time to celebrate the club’s 80th anniversary. For the moment, we are in our bubble and we don’t think about these things”he smiles at a press conference this Friday, two days before the shock.

Regardless of the uncertainties surrounding the upcoming match, from the festive atmosphere to the arrival of Jorge Sampaoli, Aïssa Mandi believes in it: “We remain focused on the match, which is our objective. We are in our bubble, we prepare well for training with those who are returning from selection. The coach has his plan. is a very good team in our championship. They had a big transfer window and have big ambitions. It will definitely be a difficult match. The coach is not a novice, he knows how to prepare for this kind of match. We trust him completely”he concludes.
