Samuel Eto'o, the president of the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot), explained the reasons why he is, according to him, the object of a manhunt in the country.

For Eto'o, the source of all his evils comes from the fact that he closed the manger to several entities. While building a new headquarters for the body in Yaoundé, the former prolific striker revealed that he has become public enemy number one since he significantly reduced the cost of the work.

But it doesn't stop there. Since he took the opportunity to send a message to those he implicitly describes as the enemies of Cameroonian football.
“The message must be clear to those who took our football hostage and who continue to plot in the shadows. Stop the shenanigans, change software. The practices of the past and their authors no longer have a place among us. Throughout my career, I have fought against injustice in football in particular, so I take responsibility for the consequences of this fight.”he declared in comments relayed by AllezLesLions.
