Romain Molina reveals the reasons for Kylian Mbappé's absence from the French team

Omitted from Didier Deschamps' list for the November gathering of the team, Kylian Mbappé has caused a lot of ink to flow in recent weeks and Romain Molina's latest assertions should further add fuel to the fire.

Head of the gondola and even captain of the France team, Kylian Mbappé was not selected for the November gathering, which will see the Blues face Israel (November 14) and Italy (November 17).

An absence which is a task, which was justified with a “it's better this way” by Didier Deschamps this Thursday at a press conference. Although he argued that “Kylian wanted to come”, another version of the facts was explained this Friday by Romain Molina. On his YouTube channel, he contradicted the version of the facts detailed by the French coach, arguing for his part that the Real Madrid player does not want to come to Blue.

One of the reasons for this refusal can be explained by the media treatment of which he claims to be a victim, according to Romain Molina. Media treatment which would not encourage him to return with the national team, as things currently stand, as reported by the independent journalist.

A context which would not be favorable either, still according to Romain Molinato Didier Deschamps, strongly questioned inside the locker room, and whose preferential treatment towards Kylian Mbappé would have made people cringe. “Today there is resentment towards the coach” reveals Molina, who reveals that “the players are only waiting for one thing: the appointment of a new coach” in Zinédine Zidane.

The general atmosphere would therefore be particularly deleterious and the next few weeks therefore promise to be explosive within the France group.
