However, and before being definitively buried by the Marseille waves, the MHSC could have gotten back on the scoreboard. After the half hour mark, Akor Adams guided a move forward for his team. The Montpellier striker then relied on Arnaud Nordin who, from twenty meters away, attempted a shot deflected by a Marseille defender. The ball rose in the air towards the Marseille goal. But Geronimo Rulli, with a classy tap, managed to divert it onto the transerval bar. Enough to benefit Akor Adams, who followed the action.
