This evening, Walid Regragui’s men, semi-finalists of the last World Cup, did not tremble by easily overcoming the Central African Republic with a large victory with a score of 4-0, a success marked by the paw of a certain Achraf Hakimi.

Abde quickly opened the scoring for his team (18th, 1-0) before seeing Azzedine Ounahi widen the gap (38th, 2-0). Just before the break, the Atlas Lions wrapped up the proceedings with a goal from Hakimi (45th, 3-0) before Ounahi, again, scored his double (45+2nd, 4- 0) to quickly end the suspense. In the second half, Soufiane Rahimi came to join the party (71st, 5-0) to seal a 5-0 victory.
