We are around the quarter of an hour of play between Reims and Montpellier, this Sunday October 6, when the Méano stand at the Delaune stadium was somewhat lively.
Around thirty individuals in black, some masked, displayed several banners: “Besnard, Hanane: stop the registration” and “Open the parking lot for us”. They also chanted “Freedom for the ultras” towards the visitors’ stand. Who were they and what did they want?
These people are more used to the Parc des Princes than the Delaune stadium. Indeed, a flag with the coat of arms of Paris, with the motto “Fluctuat nec mergitur” was also brandished. “Besnard” refers to Michel Besnard, the security director of PSG, and “Hanane” to Hanane Laqraa, head of fan relations for the capital club.
A press release to justify the action
It took a few minutes for security at the Delaune stadium to evacuate everyone and restore calm.
This action was claimed in an unsigned press release and distributed on social networks. “Symbolic match, one day after the Stade de Reims received our club, we came to show once again the irrationality of PSG’s measures by closing the parking lots to us. We have here to show (sic) our one and only will, to encourage Paris with pride through our songs and our colors. »
This Sunday evening, PSG was in Nice, where it drew (1-1), and Parisian ultras were present in the Allianz Riviera grounds.
