The Greens treat themselves to a victory in Corsica!

The ASSE U17s fell to Nîmes last weekend (3-2 defeat). A match where the Greens collapsed, conceding 3 goals in 10 minutes of play. After a start to the season which did not live up to expectations, David Le Moal’s players intend to collect points among the red lantern of the JS in Corsica. Summary of the match played this Saturday at 4 p.m.

The composition of the ASSE

Masse – Teillol, N. Mouton, Kasia, Lengue – Charros, Ait Amer, Yvars – Fuleki, Moulin, Nativoha.

Came into play: Touilleux, Bagelli, Jolivet, Bijot

Summary of the meeting

In this match played at Mezzavia, the Greens will quickly take things in hand. The first half makes sense and ASSE logically takes the advantage. Nativoha will open the scoring then followed by Ait Amer who scores a third goal in as many matches. In the process, Brandon Nativoha scored twice before one of the Ajaccio players scored an own goal.

At the break, the Stéphanois lead 4-0 and the match already seems to be over. Unfortunately, the second act will be less successful. While the scenario is clearly to the advantage of the teammates of double scorer Brandon Nativoha, they will only score one goal during the second half through Melvin Bijot. The U16 striker who arrived from Aix (73) made his first appearance today in the national U17.

5-0 is the final score for David Le Moal’s players who obtain a logical victory against a team which will be fighting for survival all season.

Next week, the Greens will host La-Duchère for a derby which promises to be interesting since the Rhone residents beat their counterparts from Olympique Lyonnais. In difficulty with two defeats already on the clock, the U17s must find a positive dynamic and this will involve stringing together victories.
