Google Doodle marks Paralympics Tennis (Day 2) with unique animated artwork

As the Paris Paralympics 2024 continues to inspire us, Google commemorated the wheelchair tennis Day 2 event on Wednesday through another engaging doodle featuring animated birds.
On September 3 too, they commemorated the wheelchair tennis event through an engaging artwork.
The doodle shows two birds playing the sport in a wheelchair in the pristine Parisian garden of Jardin du Palais Royal, or Jardin des Tuileries.“Ace attitudes and stellar serves. Wheelchair Tennis starts today at Stade Roland-Garros!” the search engine wrote on its official Google Doodles page. This Doodle aims to capture the spirit of wheelchair tennis and bring attention to its significance at the 2024 Paris Paralympics.
For the unversed, the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris kick-started wheelchair tennis events on August 30 and they will end on September 7 at the Roland Garros Stadium, famous for its clay courts. The tournament will feature singles and doubles matches in the men’s, women’s, and quads categories.
As per experts, the ideation of wheelchair tennis has inspired millions worldwide, and has shattered stereotypes about disability, and highlighted the incredible capabilities of athletes with mobility disabilities.
