The FSF reacts firmly and forces Galatasaray to release him

But after noting that the player had played the entire championship match without signs of injury, the FSF demanded his immediate release so that he could join the national team. “Faced with this situation, the Senegalese Football Federation immediately requested the release of the player so that he can honor his call-up to the national team,” demanded the FSF via this press release.

In accordance with this request, Jakobs left Istanbul and reached the Lions base camp this Monday morning. The player, exonerated by the FSF in this affair, joined his teammates without incident.
