“I was lucky enough to be a manager, I appreciated the quality and the history, and the interpretation that everyone gave to the history. Since the Percassi family has been there, the club has reached the highest levels thanks to a very prepared coach. Alongside a team that goes on the field there is a very strong company. This combination has led Atalanta to become a true reality in our and European football”.
You are used to opening winning cycles, it means that every year you have to improve and grow. Where does Inter have to grow to continue on this path?
“Winning is difficult, winning again is even more so. The mentality counts. Every match will be more difficult than last year, the opponents will have strong motivation and we will have to have the same. We are a solid group from a managerial and technical point of view, I have very valid collaborators like Ausilio, Baccin and the vice president Zanetti on one side, on the other there is Inzaghi with his staff. All this can lead us to face all the pitfalls of this new season”.
