Bayer 04 Leverkusen has made impressive history with 35 consecutive league games without defeat, only one other team managed this between 1982 and 1983 by Hamburger SV. The fact that FC Bayern Munich did not lose 53 times in a row in the 2012/13 and 2013/14 seasons under Pep Guardiola and Jupp Heynckes seems almost unbelievable.
