From Bayern-PSG to Liverpool-Real. The dates of the big Champions League games

A UEFA released, late this Saturday morning, the final calendar for the inaugural phase of the renewed Champions League, which, it should be remembered, will start on September 17, 2024, and will continue until January 29 of next year, 2025.

Sporting and Benfica are the only Portuguese representatives in what is the biggest European club competition, and they already know where and when they will face their respective eight opponentsin a competition that will immediately pit the main ‘sharks’ of the Old Continent against each other, with many millions in between.

The first ‘clash of the giants’ will take place on the first day, at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, in San Siro, between AC Milan and Liverpool, starting at 8pm (mainland Portugal time). However, this is not the only game that will have to be marked on the agenda.

Here are the headline games of the league phase

17 de setembro: AC Milan-Liverpool, 20h00

September 18: Manchester City-Inter, 20h00

October 1: Arsenal-PSG, 8:00 p.m.

October 22: Real Madrid-Borussia Dortmund, 8:00 p.m.

October 23: Barcelona-Bayern Munich, 8:00 p.m.

November 5th: Real Madrid-AC Milan, 8pm

November 6: PSG-Atletico Madrid, 8:00 p.m.

November 26: Bayern Munich-PSG, 8:00 p.m.

November 27: Liverpool-Real Madrid, 8:00 p.m.

December 10: Bayer Leverkusen v Inter Milan, 8:00 p.m.

December 11: Juventus-Manchester City, 8pm
