Co-created by Gilles Malafosse, the Loulou restaurant group has just been bought by Barrière. Enough to allow the group of casinos and luxury hotels to rejuvenate its offer.

This is one of the most interesting French restaurant groups of the moment: Loulou Groupe. This group is co-chaired by Alexandre Barrière and his sister Joy Desseigne-Barrière.
