AVAILABILITY OF THE 2024 HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT
HighCo announced today that it has made available to the public and filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers its half-yearly financial report as of June 30, 2024.
This half-yearly financial report can be consulted on the Company’s website (www.highco.com), in the “Investors – Regulated information – Half-yearly financial report” section.
It is made available to the public under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force and includes the activity report for the first half of 2024, the half-yearly condensed consolidated financial statements, the declaration of the natural person responsible for the half-yearly financial report as well as the report of the Statutory Auditors on the half-yearly financial information.
