A departure seems inevitable for one of OL's unwanted players, who is in advanced discussions with a foreign club.
While Jeffinho recently left Olympique Lyonnais for a permanent transfer to Botafogo for 5.3 million euros, another Brazilian player on loan from OL is following the same exit path. Adryelson, a 26-year-old central defender, could quickly find a new environment.
A deal in sight for Adryelson
According to recent information from Foot MarketTurkish club Trabzonspor have expressed strong interest in the player and have positioned themselves as a serious suitor. Negotiations between Trabzonspor and OL have accelerated significantly in recent hours. According to the sports media, discussions concern a loan with a purchase option, and an agreement between the two clubs seems imminent. However, a crucial obstacle remains: obtaining Adryelson's approval for this departure.
Trabzonspor hopes to convince the player with the opportunity for regular playing time, which is currently lacking in Lyon. A change of club could also be beneficial for the Brazilian, looking for stability and a relaunch of his career. If the agreement materializes, this would free up a place in the Lyon squad, also reducing the payroll of the Rhone club.
