: one year after the World Cup, Samoa’s “missed opportunity”, deprived of test matches

A year after playing the 2023 World Cup in , Samoa will not play any test matches this fall, due to lack of money. “A missed opportunity” for this small nation to showcase itself, regrets Samoan pillar Paul Alo-Emile to AFP.
