“First understand the club and the culture of French rugby” (Racing 92)

The club and staff expect you to be a leader for this team. But isn’t it difficult when you discover almost everything, the club, the country, the language, the teammates?
I don’t think you can arrive at a new club, especially in another country, and suddenly decide to speak up, to be too powerful. I have to find my way by listening a lot, not by talking too much. I must first understand the club, the culture of French rugby. And I like it. The children started going to French school a few weeks ago. They like it a lot. I like being here, my family does too, everyone is happy.
