The LNR steering committee delivered its lessons this Tuesday evening. There we find the dates of Boxing Day and the final phases of Top 14 and Pro D2.
The steering committee of the National Rugby League met on Monday October 30 and Tuesday October 1 in Paris. If we learn that the professional squads of the Top 14 and Pro D2 (excluding medical jokers) have respectively 37.7 and 35.4 professional players on average, we especially discover the dates of Boxing Day, which concerns the Top 14 , and the final stages of the two professional divisions.
As for Boxing Day, it will only concern one day, the 13th, located between Christmas and New Year’s Day. No multiplex, but four meetings on Saturday December 28 (at 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 9:05 p.m.) and the other three the next day (at 4 p.m., 6 p.m. and 9:05 p.m.).
Regarding the final phase of Top 14 (which will be entirely broadcast on Canal +), the play-offs will take place on Friday June 13 and Saturday June 14 (at 9:05 p.m. each time); the semi-finals on Friday June 20 and Saturday June 21 (also at 9:05 p.m.) in Lyon; and the grand final, also broadcast on France Télévisions, will take place on Saturday June 28 at 9:05 p.m. at the Stade de France.
Finally, the Pro D2 will play its extension from Thursday May 22 and Friday May 23 (9 p.m.) for the play-offs, Thursday May 29 and Friday May 30 for the semi-finals, while the final will be played at the Ernest-Wallon stadium in Toulouse on Saturday June 7 (5:30 p.m.).
