« You were only down 19-12 at the break only to completely collapse in Bordeaux in the second half. Did you run out of fuel in the engine?
Yes, we had energy, it’s just that they played very well! They controlled the match, we conceded too many penalties which allowed them to stay in our camp. They played Bordeaux rugby! We couldn't slow them down any longer, they were stealing balls from us, we had no response. And when they had the offensive bonus point, the doors opened. It's a shame we didn't take our chances in the first half, an offensive bonus point would have qualified us, and now we're eliminated. Bravo to Bordeaux, they know their game plan and they know how to make it work.
