A homeless man was found dead on the public highway this Monday, November 11 in Lyon. The man was probably killed by a cinder block. An investigation into murder had been opened.
We learned on November 13 that French law enforcement cooperated with those of Rotterdam, where a homeless man was violently attacked on the night of November 4 to 5. The SDF had been attacked in the same way as in Lyon. The scene was also filmed.
A man was arrested Tuesday evening on a train in Toulon. He presented himself as a 32-year-old Cameroonian subject to an obligation to leave French territory (OQTF), according to a police source.
After checking the file of wanted persons, they realized that he was the subject of an arrest warrant issued by an investigating judge in Evry. The man was placed in detention and measures will be taken to have him transferred to the ordering investigating judge.

The lifeless body of a man was discovered this Monday morning in front of the entrance to a building on rue d'Enghien, on the peninsula.
The tragedy took place very close to Perrache station, in a quiet street, close to Place Carnot. The man, a homeless man, was discovered dead with a large wound on his head, a bloody concrete block next to him.
After the Toulon arrest, the Dutch police clarified:investigate whether he is the suspect linked to the Rotterdam attack“.
