Regional 1. Lectoure offensive

Lectoure improved its home debut by beating Maubourguet 43-30. The promoted Bassoues LM mastered Saint-Gaudens in fine style 32-19. A tight match between Vic-Fezensac and Pouyastruc (19-12), but a precious victory for Vic. Finally, Condom had to share the points (20-20) against ESCA Luc.

At home, the promoted Masseube XV unfortunately had to lower the flag against the relegated Val XV (Montesquieu), 9 – 15. Also defeated for Montreal against the Garonnais of Labarthe-sur-Lèze, 13-27. In Carbonne, RC Lomagne stumbled heavily 39-13 against the Carbonne/Longages coalition.

In group 6, Plaisance resisted but ultimately conceded a 3-23 defeat, with the Pyrenees pocketing the offensive bonus. Ovalie Villecomtal-Rabastens did not play against Saint-Lary due to the marriage of a manager on the Pyrenees side. Match postponed to Sunday, October 13.

Next Sunday: Auterive – Eauze, Hers-Lauragais – Montreal, Masseube XV – RC Lomagne, Plaisance – Aureilhan. Exempt: Ovalie Villecomtal-Rabastens.

Regional 3. Marciac, Panjas and Montestruc in good form

Of the six Gersois in this group 6, Marciac clearly beat Castelnau-Madiran on its grass 41-23, taking the offensive bonus. For its part, Panjas also went to pick up a bonus victory at Rabastens XV, 24-4. At the Vieux chêne, Montestruc did not miss its return, dominating the returning VVAL’Isle-de-Noé XV 39-22, in a match with 8 tries, without a bonus for MGR.
