You still have a few weeks left to enjoy delicious strawberries. And to enhance them, Norbert Tarayre has chosen to garnish them with chocolate. We’ll show you how to do it.

It’s still strawberry season. So, before the bad weather finally takes over the last days of summer, Norbert Tarayre offers you “an ultra simple but ultra delicious recipe”. The former judge on the show La Meilleure Boulangerie de France draws direct inspiration from specialties from across the Atlantic and shares his secrets for making delicious chocolate strawberries. To do this, the chef covers these small red fruits with a nice tangy taste in melted dark chocolate. This method will allow the strawberries to be coated in a thin chocolate shell that is ultra crunchy under the tooth. In a video published on YouTube, the latter reveals a first version without artifice with simply dark chocolate. And in a second, Norbert Tarayre chooses to add crushed almonds.
