Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 1 disk of puff pastry

  • 50 g of semi-salted butter + a little butter to coat the fruit

  • 50 g of muscovado sugar

  • 50 g of raw almond powder

  • 1 egg

  • A few basil leaves

  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam

  • 10 apricots

  • 2 passion fruits

  • Icing sugar

  • Brown sugar
