To enhance your mirabelles or other late summer fruits, Stéphanie Le Quellec has shared her perfect sweet recipe: clafoutis. Here’s how to make it at home.

“This weekend it was CLAFOUTIS” says Stéphanie Le Quellec on her Instagram account. The chef of the two-star restaurant “La Scène” has indeed tackled a classic pastry: the clafoutis. If she decided to offer a version based on mirabelle plums, which are a seasonal fruit, it is possible to vary the pleasures: “The end of summer is great for this: figs, vine peaches, mirabelles, greengages…” it is impossible not to find what you are looking for given this wide choice. Another advantage of this preparation? In addition to being able to be enjoyed with the family, this clafoutis only requires 10 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of cooking. What are the ingredients for the recipe?

For 6 people, you will need:
a little brown sugar
500g of fresh fruit
3 eggs
65g unrefined sugar
brown sugar or brown sugar or, failing that, classic caster sugar
95 g of t 55 flour
50 g of hazelnut butter
250 ml of whole milk
a vanilla pod
