Back to school time has arrived! Everyone has gone back to school or the office, and is back to an often hectic pace. Activities to manage, errands, meals to prepare, September is synonymous with a marathon. To stay zen and treat yourself at dinner time, without spending hours behind the stove, here is a recipe for small flans that is super simple and ultra-quick to prepare. Ingredients for 4 people

3 eggs
200 g of tuna
20 cl of liquid cream
1 tablespoon flat-leaf parsley
½ teaspoon paprika
60 g grated cheese
Sel
Pepper

The steps for preparing mini tuna flans

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a salad bowl, whisk the whole eggs with the liquid cream, the rinsed and chopped parsley, the paprika, the salt and the pepper.
Add the crumbled tuna and grated cheese and mix well.
Pour the mixture into oiled muffin molds.
Bake for 25 minutes.

Advice

These mini flans can be served as an aperitif, or at dinner, accompanied by a nice green salad. Silicone muffin molds (which do not need to be oiled) will be perfect for this recipe. The flans will come out of the mold more easily. You can replace the parsley with coriander…
