Even though summer is well and truly over, nothing is stopping you from treating yourself to delicious snacks or desserts. There are still a few weeks left to enjoy certain seasonal fruits like blueberries. We don’t know about you, but at 750g, we love this variety with its sweet and tangy taste. Especially when it transforms into an excellent tart. To delight you, we decided to reveal the favorite recipe of our community members. Ingredients for 4 people

For the dough:
250 g flour
125 g butter
80 g icing sugar
1 egg
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt or fine salt

For the filling:
400 g fresh blueberries (or frozen if not in season)
50 g of almond powder
50 g of cane sugar
2 eggs
10 cl of liquid cream

How to make this delicious blueberry pie
