Ingredients for 6 people

150 g sugar
150 g flour
100 g of semi-salted butter
100 g chocolate chips
60 g almonds
1 egg
1 level tsp baking powder

The recipe for the giant stuffed cookie

Crush the dark chocolate bar and separate the pieces into two bowls: two thirds in one bowl and one third in another.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir in the flour and baking soda. Add two-thirds of the chocolate chips and mix.
Line the bottom of a 20 cm diameter cake tin with baking paper….
