Ingredients for 4 people

12 to 16 mussels per person
¼ bunch of parsley
75 g d’ail
300 g of softened sweet butter
5 g fine salt
100 g breadcrumbs
Olive oil
½ onion
1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 glass of white wine

The steps to succeed in this recipe for mussels au gratin by Cyril Lignac

Preheat the oven to 240°C on grill.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic separately.
In a salad bowl, stir the butter with the parsley, garlic, fine salt and breadcrumbs.
If the recipe is made the day before, wrap the parsley butter in a sausage and place it in the fridge.
To do this, form a roll 3 cm in diameter.
