National Rally leader Marine Le Pen called on Saturday for a new dissolution in 2025, believing that the current political situation “cannot hold”, when far-right deputies return to the National Assembly. Until then, party president Jordan Bardella called on his troops to embody a “constructive” and “influential” opposition.

Even before the Barnier government was appointed, Marine Le Pen called for new legislative elections next year. Considering that the current political situation “cannot hold”, the leader of the National Rally (RN) called on Saturday, September 14, for a new dissolution in 2025, when far-right deputies return to the National Assembly.

The president of the RN, Jordan Bardella, wished that his troops would in the meantime embody a “constructive” and “influential” opposition.
