RMC called to expel Mehdi Ghezzar after his scandalous diatribe against Morocco

Columnist or agent of influence? A question that thousands of people are asking themselves, taken aback by the scandalous remarks of Mehdi Ghezzar, a columnist for RMC, who spat out all his hatred against Morocco on the set of the Algerian channel AL24. With a trivial vocabulary worthy of a drug dealer, the supposed columnist, if he has the intellectual level for such a profession, engaged in a vehement diatribe against Morocco with extremely sharp rhetoric.

Without hesitating to play the preacher, the columnist who intervenes in the Grandes Gueules, did not fail to attack Morocco and its people whom he considers non-Muslim. In his mouth, the Kingdom is accused of all the vices of the world: Zionism, pedophilia, drugs… “It is anything but a Muslim country,” he uttered, comparing Morocco to the “Thailand” of Africa with all the underlying ulterior motives.

“The big mouth” of RMC continued his torrent of insults by accusing the Kingdom of Zionist State to name only that and to spare the reader his infamous remarks. In short! It is a mixture of conspiracy mixed with anti-Moroccan hatred and primary anti-Semitism as the pseudo-Algerian political-media elite has accustomed us to in recent years.

Ghezzar was speaking on a program devoted to the TICAD conference in Tokyo, where Algeria let the Polisario enter with a fake badge. Such foul language gives a fairly clear idea of the level of political debate in Algeria, a country whose president publicly boasts of being at the head of the third economic power in the world, to the applause of the crowd.

Ghezzar did not stop at his insults, punctuating his indictment with fake news about Palestine. He claimed that Morocco bans pro-Palestinian demonstrations by royal decree. A blatant lie intended to reverse the reality of the Algerian regime, which did not fail to ban pro-Gaza demonstrations for fear of resurrecting the Hirak at a time when rallies are organized daily in Morocco’s major cities under the protection of law enforcement.

Outrage on the web, calls for resignation

This sickening pamphlet has sparked outrage on social media, where Internet users have expressed their disgust at such baseness. Some see it as a classic relay of Algerian propaganda. There has been much outrage in France, where public figures have expressed their indignation at the insolence and anti-Semitism of this ultra-nationalist columnist who has also attacked HM the King’s Advisor, André Azoulay. “Total support for André Azoulay, advisor to the King of Morocco, shamefully attacked by Mehdi Ghezzar on an Algerian media outlet,” hammered Éric Ciotti, who called on RMC to immediately suspend this columnist. “His anti-Semitic remarks are unacceptable and despicable,” he added in a post on X.
