A 42-year-old man was arrested on Saturday in the town of Caluire et Cuire, bordering Lyon, where he was walking around dressed in a djellaba and carrying a sabre, causing concern among passers-by who alerted the police.

Panic broke out in the streets of Caluire and Cuire early Saturday afternoon.
