Dari Couspate submits an offer for the acquisition of the industrial assets of Grandes Semouleries du Maroc

“This acquisition project concerns all tangible assets belonging to GSM, in particular a durum wheat semolina factory (mill) with a capacity of 240 tonnes per day, located in Casablanca,” specifies Dari Couspate in a press release published on the site of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC), indicating that this offer was accepted by GSM.

This strategic vertical integration operation will allow Dari to secure its supplies of raw materials, create operational synergies and anticipate the challenges of a constantly evolving market, underlines the same source.

Through this investment, Dari also wishes to continue its commitment to promoting the excellence of “Made in Morocco” in its industrial sector.

“The completion of this transaction is subject to a certain number of conditions precedent including ongoing due diligence and obtaining the required regulatory authorizations. The parties aim to complete this operation no later than March 26, 2025,” the press release concludes.
