Patients infected with measles or suspected of being infected are received in the dedicated unit to receive the necessary treatments and prescriptions. The unit is available 24/7 with a doctor on site.
If the patient must be transferred to hospital, our interlocutor indicates, the doctor directs him towards a preferential treatment course in specialized units. One of them was provided by the Duc De Tovar block, where around 13 beds were dedicated to hospitalization and monitoring of measles cases.
