Marthe Krummenacher, a dancer with incredible grace, brings her art of acrobatic movements allowing two bodies to become entangled, tangled, and amplified. Madeleine Piguet Raykov brings her fanciful theatricality and her sense of the absurd. Leif Firnhaber brings the passion of his youth and his muscular dances. Finally, Laszlo Takacs brings his incredible swing and his infinitely sweet presence.
To the question “one plus one equals who?” posed by the choreographer Jozsef Trefeli, organizer of the evening, each dancer responds in their own way, coloring the duets which follow one another throughout the show with their sensitivity. At the Théâtre du Galpon, in Geneva, Chameleon celebrates crossbreeding with finesse and cheerfulness until January 26.
