Dancing meal

Saturday January 25, the Acca de Séreilhac is organizing a hunter dancing meal (with aperitif, chestnut velouté, wild boar terrine, doe stew and duchess potatoes, salad and cheese, dessert) from 7 p.m. Prices (wines not included): €20 and €10 for children under 12 years old. Laugh

Asept (regional health education and prevention association) organizes a laughter yoga workshop, every Monday over eight one-hour sessions, at the Châlus association hall. This regular practice develops a mental attitude which helps to better cope with daily challenges, to strengthen one's abilities, and to develop a positive mind. On the program: body awakening, laughter meditation, guided relaxation. The first will take place Monday January 20 at 10 a.m. Free workshop with compulsory registration at 05.55.49.85.57 (group limited to around ten people).

Health

As part of “Dry January” (month without alcohol), Wednesday January 22, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., a prevention stand will be set up in the reception hall of the Jacques-Boutard hospital center in Saint-Yrieix-la -Perch. It will be held by the addiction liaison and care team (Elsa) of the CH Esquirol de in conjunction with the establishment's public health facilitator. Games, quizzes, educational tools, etc., will be offered. Free.

End of life

The Accompagnement-Soutien-Présence association of Limoges-Clowns Doux (support for people who are seriously ill or in palliative care) is organizing a conference on “Support, a duty of civilization”, a subject directly linked to the debate on the conditions of the end of life. The speaker is Professor Eric Fiat, philosopher, lecturer at the University of -la-Vallée Free entry.
