Independence of Justice – Lequotidien

The magistrates, who had raised the flag of the fight for the independence of Justice, have suddenly become voiceless since the new power placed them in well-filled positions. Otherwise, they would certainly have fallen to the ground the day before yesterday, faced with the image of Justice relegated to the background behind the Executive and the Legislative. As they would not have allowed senior magistrates to play the “riti” in homage not to the President, but just to an individual, who happens to be the PM. By the way, where is the reform of the Superior Council of the Judiciary?
