La Poste and two of its certified subsidiaries in France

La Poste, La Banque Postale and its consumer credit subsidiary La Banque Postale Consumer Finance took part in the major “HR Best Practices Survey” by the Top Employer Institute.

This survey covers several HR themes such as talent management, the work environment, training and skills development, well-being at work, and diversity and inclusion.

During an audit, the three companies each had to provide evidence of their various actions which were then verified by the Top Employer Institute.
