A few months after raising a little more than three million dirhams from CDG Invest, through its 212 Founders program, Guichet.ma is accelerating its deployment outside its domestic market.
The start-up founded in 2018 by Tawfik Moul Nakhla has just spread its wings in Benin after having already established a foothold in Senegal and Ivory Coast in 2022 and 2023 respectively. Another African country is also in the sights, in this case Guinea where the sales and marketing platform of the ticket office plans to launch its first operations in 2025.

Remember that since its creation in 2018, Guichet.ma has experienced significant growth with a workforce which recently reached nearly 40 employees, the majority of which in its modern headquarters in Casablanca. The company, which is still barely breaking even in 2024, offers tickets in four product categories i) concerts, shows, festivals and sporting events ii) cinema iii) travel and iv) merchandising.

Since the arrival of a first institutional shareholder in its round, the company has had a strong ambition to become a leading player on the African continent, after its successes in Morocco and Senegal. Ambitions which are accompanied by a significant recruitment plan for the coming months, in particular to strengthen the team of account managers/salespeople and after-sales service agents.
